Cookout Trucks are fully self-contained units, equipped with generators and operated and staffed completely by
In-N-Out Burger Associates. Sorry, french fries and shakes cannot be prepared on the Cookout Trucks.

Scheduling

  • Star IconCookout trucks are reserved on a first come, first served basis up to a year in advance. Longer lead times are beneficial especially for weekend events.
  • Coin IconTo reserve a date, we must have a signed contract and a $500 deposit. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.

Cost / Payment

  • Bill Special IconThe cost of your cookout is determined by the amount of food served, plus sales tax and miscellaneous charges such as trip-charge, mileage and overtime or the minimum of $2,000 +tax (which includes the $500 trip-charge), whichever is higher.
  • No Cards IconMoney is not accepted at the Cookout Truck. It will be your responsibility to pre-sell tickets or have someone at the event to handle money.
  • Bill IconFinal payment must be made at the completion of your event by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. To pay a bill or make a payment, please contact us at (626) 813-8295.
  • Chart IconPrices, terms and conditions are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified no less than 60 days prior to your event.

Space Requirements & Permits

  • Parking IconWhen deciding where the Cookout Truck is to be parked please allow for maneuverability and consider the following:
    • The truck requires 85 feet of parking space, with 14 feet overhead clearance and 14 feet wide clearance.
    • The truck should be parked on a firm, level surface.
    • Be sure to keep clear approximately 28 feet in width for the trailer to depart.
  • Notice IconPlease be aware that some areas may be inaccessible due to narrow or steep roads or driveways and low overhanging trees.
  • Special Check IconYou are responsible for obtaining cookout locations and any necessary permits. A map of how to get to your location and where you want the truck placed is appreciated. In-N-Out maintains the right to relocate the truck if the site is not suitable.

What We Provide

  • Burger IconIn-N-Out Burger provides the Cookout Truck, products, staff, and a service table. Burgers are served in a box with a napkin.
  • icon-chairTables, chairs, trash cans, etc. are your responsibility.
