The Janitor / Utility Associate is responsible for the janitorial duties in support of the fleet maintenance offices, facility and related equipment. Other responsibilities include working in the truck wash, driving company vehicles to offsite locations for inspections, certifications, and diagnostics, as well as completing other errands as needed. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company extremely well in public. Prior experience as a janitor or working in an automotive garage is preferred, but not required. The candidate must also demonstrate a proven track record of being responsible and working autonomously. This position requires a 50-pound lifting requirement; a valid Class C driver license (Class A beneficial) with a good driving record. Job ID: 170 Description: In-N-Out Burger is currently looking for a full-time CAD Operator to work in the Real Estate and Development Department. The primary responsibilities of this position are to draw construction documents for remodels to existing stores and various other drafting needs under the supervision of the In-N-Out Architect. The position may also require in field as-built drawings. This individual works on multiple projects concurrently. Qualified candidates must have knowledge AutoCAD and related architectural drafting and detailing. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and have at least 5 years experience as CAD Operator. 2 years of schooling in Architecture or Engineering is a plus. This person must also have a strong familiarity with drafting, building codes, Title 24, ADA. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a CAD Operator in the retail/restaurant industry, and will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organization and communication skills, along with the ability to observe safety guidelines and work both autonomously and in a team-oriented atmosphere. Job ID: 169 Description: In-N-Out Burger is currently looking for a full-time Project Manager to work in the Real Estate and Development Department. The primary responsibilities of this position are to coordinate and prepare site plans, building elevations, and sign packages for new properties, obtain government entitlements and required permits to commence construction and manage established timelines and budgets. This individual works on multiple projects concurrently, in multiple geographic locations, all of which are in various stages of the development process. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of the Real Estate Development Process which must include at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in Construction Management and at least 2 years of schooling in Architecture or Engineering. This person must also have a strong familiarity with design, drafting, construction, building codes, Title 24, ADA and basic utilities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Project Manager in the retail/restaurant industry, and will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organization and communication skills, along with the ability to observe safety guidelines and work both autonomously and in a team-oriented atmosphere. Qualified applicants should have 3-5 years experience and working knowledge of Carrier refrigeration units. Experience working on any or all of the following would be an added plus, tractors with Cummins diesel engines; trailers with lift gates; strong electronic skills and welding.
