In-N-Out Burger provides donations in the form of fundraising bundles, including merchandise and meal cards for fundraising raffles or auctions.

When applying for support, please keep in mind our guidelines:

1. 100% of the proceeds from your fundraising effort, such as raffles and auctions, must go directly back into your organization.
2. Your organization must be a local nonprofit or school that provides support within the states where In-N-Out Burger operates.
3. Your application must be submitted at least 60 days in advance of the fundraising event.
4. Confirm that your organization has not already received a donation from us within the current calendar year, as only one donation is allowed per calendar year.

Eligibility:
We are grateful for the positive impact organizations like yours have on our communities. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to support every deserving cause. With this in mind, we don’t provide support for the following types of requests:

• Financial contributions
  
• Requests from individuals (including scholarships, stipends, fellowships, personal assistance, and mission trips)
  
• Food donations
  
• Incentives
  
• For-profit ventures
  
• Lobbying or political activities

High school and youth athletic programs seeking financial support through sponsorships within the communities where we operate are eligible to apply. A completed W-9 is required. To apply, please complete the Sports Sponsorship Application.

In-N-Out Burger provides the truck, labor, food, and all the promotional materials at no cost to the school. You simply pre-sell a minimum of 300 tickets for a price of $8. The Cookout Truck will come to your campus, complete with fresh quality burgers, chips, and soft drinks.

Of the money raised, 75% goes to your school (for projects, equipment, uniforms, and activities), and 25% will be donated to the In-N-Out Burger Foundation® to assist children and youth in local communities who have experienced abuse or neglect.

PARTICIPATING AREAS:

What In-N-Out Will Do:

1. Help your school schedule the event.
2. Provide your school with promotional posters, tickets, and guidelines prior to the event.
3. Ensure that the Cookout Truck arrives at your specified school location approximately 30-60 minutes prior to the event.
4. Serve burgers, chips, and drinks during your event.
   

HOW TO APPLY

1. Submit your Application between February 1st at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and May 1st at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) of the current calendar year to be entered into a random drawing for the upcoming school year.
2. Applicants will be notified, via email, of the drawing results before the beginning of summer break. Notifications will be sent between the end of May and early June.
3. Approved School Fundraiser Cookouts are subject to a Principal’s signature on the Agreement Form, and the Primary Contact’s signature on the Confirmation Form.

Approximate retail value of a School Fundraiser Cookout event can be determined by using the Cookout Calculator available HERE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. We reserve the right to disqualify any school for any reason in our sole discretion.
