What is the culture like at In-N-Out Burger?

At In-N-Out Burger, we appreciate how much our tradition of great customer service has contributed to our success since 1948. Knowing and remembering the importance of our #1 priority—our loyal and dedicated Customers—is essential to our stability and steady growth, which is why many Associates have been with us for 10 to 15 years or more. Our ethical values, combined with respect, professionalism, and friendliness, continue to nurture a genuine family-oriented atmosphere. Courtesy and kindness build a team-oriented environment among all our Associates, including department members and supervisors. We take pride in all that we do to support our stores and, in turn, our Customers, by working together to ensure we provide only the freshest, highest quality foods and exceptional services at all times.

What are In-N-Out Burger's plan for expansion?

We are always evaluating new markets, particularly in areas where our Customers have expressed interest. We will focus our immediate restaurant growth in our existing operating markets - this includes California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, and soon-to-be in Tennessee and New Mexico. While future expansion will continue to be calculated and controlled, the path to some of these markets passes through new areas that could be a part of our future.
